We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue services at our discretion to ensure safety, compliance, and operational feasibility. 

All estimates, inspections, and evaluations are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing and scope of work may vary depending on property conditions, accessibility, permitting requirements, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. 

Flood prevention and storm protection systems are designed to reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. Coastal Shield Solutions does not guarantee that any product or service will prevent flooding, water intrusion, or property damage under all conditions. 

Payment terms will be provided prior to the start of services. By agreeing to services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize charges for services rendered.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received or authorized. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Shield Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to property damage, water intrusion, or loss resulting from weather events, environmental conditions, or factors beyond our control.
